Opening and closing the day, plus all-attendee exercises.

Chosen at registration. Business formation, contracts and financial literacy, personal branding.

The Playground
A brand activation space with gift bags and exclusive product, where athletes meet brands directly.

Networking & Brainstorming
Current student-athletes working through ideas alongside established female founders.

Awards
Sponsored awards. Winners notified during the event, with live interviews and podcast tapings.
How it works.

Register
Ask your school to sign up and send you. PlayHers will match the cost of attendance through a scholarship for schools that send multiple athletes.

Attend the event
Bring anything to make content, plus your own business materials. You'll receive physical and digital business planning and gifts — and we'll provide our event-branded bags.
03
Enter the Playground
Meet brands and female entrepreneurs face to face. Create social media stories for higher-tiered gifts, network, and discuss business ideas.
04
Launch your business
Use the materials from the event — and the peers and mentorship you gain there — to launch your business.
Travel & cost
Coming from out of state? Expect $800–$1,300 all-in from the West Coast and $1,400–$2,000 from the East Coast (ticket, travel, 2–3 hotel nights, meals). A hotel room block near the venue is available.
